Reduction of the minimum paid-up share capital for companies issuing negotiable debt securities

Decree n°2016-313 dated March 16, 2016 aligns the minimum paid-up capital required from issuers of negotiable debt securities applicable to public offers of financial securities.

Joint stock companies and cooperatives contemplating the issuance of negotiable debt securities are therefore no longer required to have a minimum paid-up capital of EUR225.000, with the threshold now being reduced to EUR37.000.
